For Audio Driver Installation, we need to perform a Force Installation. The Procedure is as below :

1) Open "Device Manager" (Windows Button + R) then type "devmgmt.msc" and press Enter.

2) Right click on "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" and click  "Update driver".

3. Select "Install from a list or specific location".

4. Click Next. Then select "Dont search, I will choose the driver to  install".

5. Click Next and then select "Sound, video and game controller" from  the list.

6. Click Next and then click Have Disk.

7. Click Browse C:swsetupsp39671 folder and select the .inf  file and click open and follow the instruction.

Okay, some of you might need to do force Driver Installation for VGA Driver, below is the procedure.

Requirement : 

ATI Radeon Mobility HD3450

Download

1) Open Device Manager. Run(Windows Button + R) then type "devmgmt.msc" and press Enter. Device

    Manager Windows Should open.

2) Right Click "VGA Driver with the yellow "!" mark" > choose Update Driver,

3) No, not this time > Next

4) Choose "Install from a list or specific location" > Click Next

5) Select "Dont Search, I will choose the driver to install" > Click Next

6) Highlight "Show All Devices" > Click Next

7) Click "Have Disk"

8) Now browse to the unzipped C:Swsetupsp41865 folder and choose "xxxx.inf"  Open > OK > Next

9) Next > "Choose ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450" from the list. > Click Next (Controller will install)

Ignore the warning!

10) Click "Finish" > Reboot Laptop.

If there are no ATI Radeon 3450 in the list then you can try with ATI Radeon3200. And if still cannot find the driver download the original driver : VGA Driver Mirror 1 or VGA Driver Mirror 2.

Repeat the force method.

Note : The word use in the procedure not necessarily be exact as in the real time installation. So, try to understand and try to adapt if you see any difference. Comment if you would like to correct the false that occur.

1) Download original Driver for Windows XP : 

    Download 

2) Run it. You will see error. Ignore it, our main purpose is to get the driver file extracted in  

    C:SWsetupsp32127
3) Open Device Manager (Windows Button + R) type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.

4) Right click on the Standard VGA or Video Adapter and select Update Driver.

5) Select Browse My Computer for driver software.

6) Select Dont Search I Will Choose The Driver, NEXT

7) Click Have Disk, Browse and point to the driver you extracted earlier and select ialmnt5.inf and

    follow the instruction.
